CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

This demanding and challenging position requires an experienced professional with high level of enthusiasm. The successful candidate has technical background and is fluent in English, possesses profound knowledge of the market, experience in the area of sales of technical equipment, strong customer orientation, as well as strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Good PC skills and an active driving license committed. You’ll be employed by S.C. Spectrum Engineering s.r.l. You will work from home office, company car as well as running cost for the office will be born by S.C. Spectrum Engineering s.r.l. RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing and building the business in Eastern-Romania, building and maintaining good customer relationship with key customers as well as smaller accounts and developing and implementing integrated business strategy in the territory. Also s/he will be in charge of the development and growth of the assigned and new accounts by the means of equipment updates and product presentation and promotions. The Sales Representative will be measured according to performance indicators and will be strongly supported by the Austrian Headquarter.
