-absolvent de studii superioare;
-experienta anterioare in departamentul de customer care de minim 2 ani si pe o pozitie asemanatoare de minim 6 luni;
-foarte bune abilitati de comunicare si prezentare;
-cunosterea foarte buna a pachetului Office;
-orientat catre rezultat;
-capacitate de analiza si sinteza;
-simt pedagogic;
-creativitate si initiativa ;
-personalitate echilibrata, stabila si flexibila.

Responsabilitati:

-implementarea schimbarilor la nivel procedural;
-monitorizarea gradului de satisfactie al clientului;
-analizarea si solutionarea reclamatiilor privind calitatea serviciilor oferide de catre departamentul de customer care;
-identificarea nevoilor si a modalitatilor de imbunatatire a procesului de operare;
-organizarea sesiunilor de training privind implementarea noilor proceduri;
-gestionarea eficienta a situatiilor de criza;
-implementarea unui sistem de evaluare si formare profesionala a operatorilor;
-oferirea de suport departamentului de customer care.
