CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Ideal candidate has an experience in team mangement, affinity with HR related issues. Excellent sense of customer service, capacity to:
· Manage the team of advisors
· Monitor, identify and resolve performance/behavior/attendance issues.
· Responsible for staffing and hiring and training of the team
· Resolve escalated customer issues.
· Take an essential part in the migration and takeover process - first 6 months
· Keep the front contact with the client


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

The team leader is responsible for supporting; coaching; training, developing and supervising a group of 10 HR advisors. The team will serve the employees of a big company in HR administrative issues such as recruitment, compensation, benefit issues.
The position is based in BUDAPEST.
