CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Ideal candidate:
Minim 2-3 years similar experience
Fluent in English
Very good computer skills
Very well organized, sharp; respects deadlines and other company’s procedures and regulations

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
Keep agenda, set up meetings, follow up as requested – inside and outside the office
Take the incoming calls for the sales department, take messages and transmit them in time correctly and completely
Send and receive mail & correspondence; register, file and archive them as necessary
Offer any other administrative support to the direct manager and management team as it might be requested
Coordinate effectively the purchase of the office stationary, as well as any other needed office equipment (together with the reception responsible)
Make travel & accommodation arrangements, find most convenient and cost-effective arrangements
Offer support to the team activities
