CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
General profile:
You like to work with challenging environments and complexity (R&D aspects), you have relevant experience in
web industry or related, you have at least 3 year experience as Technical Architect and in managing and developing
a team and at least 5 years in programming, preferably in an international working environment.
You have excellent organization, communication and management skills, you have a methodical and logical programming approach, a large technological awareness, you are curious and you have good problem solving skills and aim to continuously develop your knowledge to keep at the top of your field.
Autonomous and responsible for your work, you are used to Agile, Scrum development cycles.
You wish to meet challenges consisting in developing new and innovative services used daily by millions of
individuals. You have the ability to lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of our solutions.
Very good level in English, French would be a plus.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
As a Technical Lead:
You support the members of the Development team in their individual and collective development, by setting clear and reachable objectives, providing support and assessments; You use your technical skills to coach junior members of the team; Along with the Project Managers, you coordinate the development team’s good staffing, and you are in charge of reaching
the operational objectives of the team.
As a Solution Architect, you are in charge with:
Analyzing the internal client requirements; Designing of new applications, the definition of technical concepts and technical presentations; Defining architectural improvements; Overseeing the implementation and governance of architectures of products, in accordance with the HQ CTO; Identifying and addressing technical and operational risks; Providing review/input
on project activities; your technical abilities allow you to make the best decisions for the project; Monitoring and analyzing quality and performance indicators, establishing problem solving priorities.
