CANDIDATUL IDEAL: A proven ‘sales professional’ who has experience in the market of overhead doors. Eager to substantially develop the market share of ConDoor by teaming up with the distributors. Self-disciplined and enthusiastic, knowing how to keep going independently on a daily basis.
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: The Sales Account Manager is responsible for the realization of the Sales goals according to the budget by developing and maintaining a strategic distributors network. A very close relationship has to be developed with these distributors and these should feel the support as very motivating in their sales activity. The Sales Account Manager maintains his/her contacts on different levels. The definition of a business planning and marketing actions is also part of the responsibilities.
Working area is initially Eastern Romania, working from a ‘home-office’ reporting to the office in Timisoara.
Main activities of the Sales Account Manager are;
• Identify, develop and maintain distributors network nationwide and starting a cooperation
• Develop sales & account plans and initiate marketing actions in cooperation with General Manager
• Execute and control the sales, account and acquisition plans according to the business planning
• Support the distributors in their sales efforts
• Training and supporting distributors technically
• Ensuring distributors are able to install ConDoor products correctly
• Cooperation with sales assistant with regard to order & quotation processing
• Weekly reporting on activities / achievements
ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENTS
• Proven sales experience of at least 5 years in a B2B environment
• Experience in the market of overhead doors and/or developing and maintaining a distributors network
• Understanding of motivating distributors
• Good knowledge of English (speaking and writing)
• Independent
• Technical knowledge

ConDoor is looking for a sales professional who will extend the dealer network and who will maximize sales through the dealer network in Romania, starting area will be Eastern Romania.
Being previously a production and sales organization the local branch suffered from a blaze whereas now sales, marketing and logistics is done through the Romanian HQ in Timisoara. The Sales Account Manager will report to the General Manager mr. Ernst Dijkstra who is also responsible for the entire region.
ConDoor Romania wants to take the next step in the professionalization of her approach, the new Sales Account Manager should be the person who will play an active role in this development.
