| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Qualification: University Degree or experience in domain
- At least 2 years in Planning in a multinational company is a plus
Skills:
- Operating PC – Excel, Word, Access, BaaN in a advantage
- Good English knowledge ( spoken/written )
- Team working
- Well organized
- Capable to dealing with stressful situations

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responding to customer requirements.
– Analyze capacity and headcount support
– Coordinates production plan to ensure materials are provided according to schedules
– Provide reschedule of plans in case of design change, labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruption.
Production scheduling
– Prepare a one week production schedule taking in consideration all information that can impact the line output in order to support customer requirements. (Linearity report) & report to custom on production actual vs plan (linearity report)
– Compile overall production schedule to avoid overlapping of schedules by planners sharing the same resources; interact with Master Scheduler in order to utilize with maximum efficiency the equipments
Shipping - delivery commitments
- Propose delivery commitments, make shipping/delivery plan
- Ensure accurate reporting and on time delivery to customer
Execution
- Planning operations in Baan
- Demand validation activities/assist the CFT in determining, documenting and communicating the inputs for account revue and P & L process
- Attend the daily CFT meetings to get the latest update on production and other changes
