| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-Bachelor degree in Economics
-Minimum two years related experience preferred
-Knowledge of Customs Regulation, INCOTERMS, international contracts
-Good English knowledge (spoken/written)
-Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
-Ability to operate telephones, data entry, office software including word processing, spread sheets, presentation packages

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The role of Import-Export Analyst is to ensure completion of import- export operations for assigned customer.
Some of resposibilities would be:
- Maintains accurate import compliance within the site for all inbound international shipments,
- Manages all the operations related to the inward processing ( preparing documentation for the inbound customs clearance-authorizations, licenses, tax exemptions ,communicates with crossfunctional team for support in part clarification, classifying importing items with correct HTS , translations of bill of materials )
- Issues export invoices for finished goods, scrap, raw materials;
- Keeps evidence of the temporary imports ;
- Operates with the Customs Management System and submits in due time documentation for consumed temporary imported material
- Reviews IPR contracts for required clauses and identifies omissions, provides licensing for shipments- ANCESIAC, fumigation
- Issues export invoices for finished goods, scrap, raw materials, others
- Arranges transportation of goods depending on the negotiated INCOTERMS.
- Keeps evidence of all the transport costs involved, calculation of freight profitability, quotes, prepares rate comparison between carriers, tracks international shipments, provides POD for shipments
- Interface with customers, freight forwarders, customs officers and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipments.
