Compensation & Benefit Manager

PERSON – higher weighting more important
10-University Degree;
10-Minimum 2 years of experience as a Comp&Benefit Manager;
10-Good command of English Language (written and spoken);
10-IT literacy, particularly with Excel;
9-Attention to detail coupled with creative and analytical thinking;
9-Good knowledge of employment and tax law;
9- A proven track record of managing change in a fast paced environment;
9- The ability to articulate data and deliver information at all levels within the organization;
8-Excelent teamwork;
8-Experience in a multinational environment.

· Assist with the ongoing development of pay and salary bands for all roles;
· Develop, maintain and communicate reward strategy;
· Monitor and manage the various bonus and benefits packages ensuring that they are creative and applied consistently throughout the Company;
· Oversee day to day administration for all benefits, and queries from the business on all aspects of remuneration to ensure consistency in our approach.
