Recruiter

Requirements:
· University Degree;
· Recruitment and Selection Training;
· Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment;
· Experience in a multinational Company;
· Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
· Excellent command of English language;
· Good analytical skills, organized, team-player, communicative;
· Able to make decisions, prioritize, negotiate deadlines.

Responsibilities:
· Completes all recruiting activities in compliance with established policies, procedures and legal regulations;
· Administrates, implements and follows the recruiting strategy in accordance with recruiting projects;
· Identifies and applies optimum methods for recruiting best candidates;
· Creates and maintains open communication with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs, establishes recruiting strategies, requirements and responsibilities;
· Provides high level staffing advice, problem solving and consultation to clients and employees;
· Conducts Exit Interviews, evaluates and recommends retention measures;
· Monitors and reports staffing KPI`s;
· Maintains accurate records of recruitment and selection activity;
· Actively participates to continuous improving of recruiting and selection process.
