| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate will possess an excellent working knowledge of Windows Server/ Desktop Operating Systems and Linux Operating systems.
TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should have experience with most of the following:
- CentOS 4/5 – Fedora – Debian Linux Operating Systems
- Apache
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL
- Exim/Qmail/Postfix/Courier-IMAP/Spamassassin
- PHP/Perl/Bash Scripting
- BIND/DNS
Skills in the following areas are a bonus but not required
- Plesk for Linux Control Panel
- cPanel/WHM Control Panel
- DirectAdmin Control Panel
- Parallels Virtuozzo Containers
- Xen Server
- Parallels Automation Products
COMMUNICATION/GENERAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork and communication skills. Proficient reading, writing and speaking skills in the English language are an absolute necessity. Experience and comfort working one on one with customers via email, live chat and telephone are also required. Experience in a help desk support environment is preferred. A high degree of self sufficiency and initiative are critical to the job.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Candidates will join an energetic team of professionals in information technology. This position will involve daily interaction with a diverse group of customers, vendors and colleagues. Self sufficiency in problem solving will be required to perform successfully in this position. As this is a technical support position, punctuality, dedication to detail and organization are critical to success.
This position will require the following:
- Weekly participation in company meetings
- Strict punctuality
- Constant communication with other technical support personnel and management
- Professional and courteous demeanor when working with customers and vendors
- Ability to maintain project based work in addition to technical support work
- Flexibility with work/shift schedule
In addition, the company will provide/may require:
- Infrequent travel within Romania and/or abroad
