| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Mandatory
- Good experience in C/C++ development (3-5 years)
- Windows driver development experience (minimum 1 year)
- Experience with WinDBG or SoftICE
- Detailed knowledge of network protocols (TCP, UDP, IP, Ethernet etc.) and network architectures
- Basic design patterns knowledge
- Basic UML knowledge
Desirable
- WDM and/or NDIS filter driver development
- Intrudion Detection Systems architecture knowledge
Would be an advantage
x86 assembly language knowledge
IDA knowledge
Reverse engineering knowledge
Network security concepts: secure design, secure implementation, exploitation techniques, etc.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Understand project requirements and contribute to technical and functional specifications
- Produce high quality software design to meet specification
- Implement functionality to specification, schedule and high quality, ensuring that the functionality integrates into the large-scale solution
- Work closely with technical leads and other engineers within the team to solve cross-component issues
- Help to drive innovation of the design and code to improve its overall quality, reliability and speed of implementation
- Contribute to design reviews to ensure satisfaction of requirements and long-term application quality
- Contribute to code reviews on own and others' code to provide a high-quality, maintable source code base
- Create automated test harnesses to facilitate initial and regression integration testing of the application's software components to established standards
- Highlight any issues that need to be addressed to the relevant development lead
- Adhere to and enforce project standards where appropriate
- Monitor and report on progress and exceptions to the team and management
- Build and maintain an effective relationship with team members, other groups and departments
