| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Proven proficiency in at least one foreign language. ENGLISH is a must, GERMAN, SPANISH or FRENCH are competitive advantages;
- +2 years working experience in the training field and at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service;
- Training delivery and coaching abilities;
- Availability for traveling abroad;
- Business analysis capabilities are considered a competitive advantage;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well structured and organized;
- Fast-learner, agile, dynamic, energetic and customer service-driven
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The ideal candidate is an experienced Technical Trainer professional with great communication and interpersonal skills. He/she will be required to build and deliver the technical training programs both onsite and online.
The Technical Trainer will also be in charge with building the BitDefender Online Learning Program.
The Technical Trainer will directly interact with the Technical Support Team, Customer Service Team and Development Team. He will directly report to BitDefender Customer Care Director.
