CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-University degree;
-Previous experience in recruiting (at least 3 years);
-Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management;
-Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
-Capacity to handle multi tasks and problem solving abilities |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
-Designs and executes recruitment plans according to organizational needs
-Responsible for the effectiveness of the recruitment politics and procedures
-Manages selection process which includes screening applicants, interviewing, assessing candidates, and recommending finalists
-Management of the recruitment advertising by using all appropriate channels
-Develops and maintains close relationship with recruitment agencies and the local educational environment.
-Provides recruitment analysis and regional studies
