CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- Prove proficiency in foreign languages, the more, the better. ENGLISH is a must and GERMAN, SPANISH or FRENCH are competitive advantages;
- +3 years working experience in the Customer Service field and at least one year experience in leading a CS team.
- Training and coaching abilities;
- Availability for traveling abroad;
- Business analysis capabilities are considered a competitive advantage;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fast-learner, agile, dynamic, energetic and customer service-driven;
- Possess strong personal organizational skills.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Job Responsibilities

The right candidate is an experienced professional in Customer Service field, having great communication and interpersonal skills. He/she will be required to build a team of Customer Service consultants, train and motivate them.
The Customer Service Team Leader will have to directly interact with the Sales, Marketing and Technical teams in order to provide solutions for complex customers’ requests. He/she will report directly to the BitDefender Customer Care Director.
