Software Function Responsible for Instrumentation and Driver HMI (Timisoara)

University degree in a relevant field (i.e. Computer Science, Electronics, Informatics, Physics...);
Experience as SW developer 2+ years;
Experience as Function Responsible or Team Leader for 2+ years is a plus;
Good communication skills, good personal organization and planning abilities;
German Knowledge represents a strong advantage;
Very good attention to details;
Conversational English level.

Push together with us the limits of technology as a Function Responsible in a fast paced development department. Our software is used daily, world-wide, in a wide variety of cars, to inform drivers with real time information about state of the car, in an increasingly graphical, attractive and interactive manner.

In this position, you will be:
responsible for direct customer clarification of the requirements;
able to define how the task can be split into smaller ones;
able to directly decide upon the proper solution to be implemented;
able to track the implementation of those requirements;
in a position to check and influence directly the quality of our SW deliveries;
in the possition to negociate with our clients terms of the contracts
while being still in close technical contact with our products, development team and project management;

A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility, after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

The specialists in our Interior Division work passionately to keep drivers and passengers informed of their vehicles’ status – and in touch with the world outside – at all times. They develop and produce a wide range of intelligent, user-friendly products for private and commercial vehicles (factory and after sales markets), including instruments and displays, cockpit modules, audio and navigation devices, multimedia and telematics solutions, and control, steering and access protection systems.
