Web Development Team Leader / Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities

The Web Development Team Leader / Project Manager role is responsible for managing the successful delivery of web based projects.

You will be primarily responsible for delivering a wide range of software/Internet projects via our highly skilled development teams.

Initially working with our Customer Relationship Manager you will assist with client requirements gathering and cost estimates for software development projects. Once the project is underway you will be responsible for updating the Customer Relationship Manager about the project progress, managing the development team to delivery and ensuring the customer has a positive view of the company.

You will be expected to discuss the varied web/software projects that customers require and to be able to consider the effect these projects will have on the customer's business as well as providing input and improvements into the project specifications.

You will either currently be in a similar position looking for a new opportunity/challenge, or you will have worked in a similar position. A good practical understanding of web/software development is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• To create project specification documents and cost estimates
• Establish time scales for projects and plan resources required for each project
• Maintain regular communications with Customer Relationship Manager
• Liaise with developers and Customer Relationship Manager to complete projects within agreed timescales

Required Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent web development skills
• Previous experience leading web projects
• The ability to develop strong working relationships at all
