Software Development Engineer Test - Iasi

We are currently looking for talented, highly motivated developers to join our enthusiastic QA team in Iasi who builds test automation tools to support the testing of large-scale systems.
Software Development Engineers – Test are mainly developers: they build software that tests candidate production code for the purpose of improving the quality of that code. This implies building test frameworks, applying advanced test methodologies, but also developing applications that Amazon uses internally for software testing. As a developer in the QA team, your main purpose is to drive better development processes to development teams

Ideal Candidate:

• Computer Science or similar degree
• Minimum of at least 1 year of software testing experience and building test automation
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript
• Solid programming skills in Java or other OOP languages

Preferred qualifications:

• Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
• Oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of industry standard test automation tools
• Expert in software quality and testing methodologies
