CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University Degree (i.e. Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications);
- Good knowledge & experience with Unix Shell Script;
- Experience regarding the tools which support the Configuration and Change Management;
- Knowledge of the development, test and release procedures of a product;
- Communication / cooperation with other coworkers;
- Process orientated working manner;
- Written and Verbal Skills in English;
- Experience in Embedded Software development is an advantage;
- Automotive experience is an advantage.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The control of driveline, engine, chassis, interior and exterior lights is the work line of Vehicle Control Units applications developed in CV&AM Timisoara.
The Software Configuration Engineer activity consists in:
- Define and setup of the folder structure of the project including the management of the access rights;
- Planning of project-specific baselines in coordination with the Project Manager;
- Defines the version labels for the software versions and monitors the correct labeling;
- Responsible for the data storage and archiving of project relevant data;
- Setup the Version Management and Change Management Tools and provides to all users access to them;
- Provide training and support (First level-support) to project team members in terms of Configuration Management specific tasks.
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
