Product Manager

• Relevant experience in capital markets represents a must for the position
• Must have successful technical skills skills, preferably IT&C products for capital markets
• 3-5 years as a technical specialist, preferably with Microsoft's .NET architecture
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to interact fast and effective, networking
• A strong ability to track new projects to be developed
• Ability to liaise with customers at all levels, colleagues, Senior Management representatives and potential partners in a confident and effective manner
• Team player, able to build durable business relations
• English is a must

Reporting to the General Manager of SoftNet Financial Systems, the ideal applicant will have to show a proven track record working as technical/operations specialist and product management.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations
o Ensure that all systems run within normal parameters
o Solve all customer’s requests regarding technical aspects
o Collect and investigate customer reports about the product (bugs, new features, etc.) and report them to the development team
• Test new versions before release
• Prepare daily, weekly reports
