Educational background
• Completion (or close-to-completion) of degree in a social science discipline
• Now looking forward to gain practical work experience in an international project environment
Project experience
• Previous exposure to some level of project work will be an advantage although it is not required
Skills
• Desire to supplement academic studies with practical work experience within field and within international project implementation
• General problem solving skills and a strong desire to learn more
• Documented ability to juggle practical and analytical pursuits
• Proven ability, or interest in learning, basic project accounting for funds and resources expended
• Advanced user of Word and Excel; other software programmes desirable (such as Visio)
• Well-developed ability to communicate in Romanian and English orally and in writing
• Experience in organisation of training, or in training will be considered a plus
We are looking for a person who is able to demonstrate a willingness and ability to assist contractor, team and team members in a service minded way.

The position is project-based and will terminate at the end of November, 2008.
