| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Economic studies finalised with graduation diploma
Computer literacy: MS Office mandatory (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access), Corel Draw is a plus
Foreign languages: fluency in English; French welcome
At least 3 years experience in marketing (services, FMCG or SMCG field), preferably in a multinational company
Initiative, team spirit, creativity, analytical mind
Very good communication abilities
Enthusiasm and dynamism
Ability to work in challenging periods and under pressure
Rigor and attention to the details |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Help the company to develop the service he / she leads
Carry out marketing activities and co-ordinate actions to ensure achievement of marketing objectives
Propose strategies regarding service, pricing, and promotion
Acquire in-depth knowledge of clients (purchasing / decision making process, trends) and affiliates
Participate in vouchers market research and estimation
Organize B2B and B2C promotions (promotion concept, mechanism, communication plan, print ads
concept & design, cross-department briefings)
Permanently monitor competition
Develop commercial offers according to the profiles of different market segments
Assess sales performance
Involve in cross-department projects
