CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate should:
-have technical university degree with experience in project management OR other university degree with extensive experience in software development area;
-have more than 2 years experience in team management;
-have more than 3 years experience as software engineer (preferably on MS or Java platforms);
-be able to have a good understanding of Enterprise Applications development (Web, Client-server);
-have leadership abilities;
-be proficient in English, German would be an advantage;
-be available for relocation in Timisoara;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The responsabilities include but are not limited to:
-Develop and build relationships with worldwide located customers;
-Plan, track, and monitor assigned projects in order to ensure achievement of targets;
-Manage the projects' risks and changes in order to minimize the impact;
-Make the technical standardization to increase productivity;
-Share knowledge and train team members in order to improve work results;
-Plan and execute a budget;
