| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- university degree in technical/economical field;
- experience in production of technical components;
- relevant experience in a similar position, in coordinating, leading and managing a company(production-preferable);
- experience in establishing and managing the budget;
- experience in automotive industry is a plus;
- fluent in english (german/spanish is a plus);
- driving license;
- PC operating skills;
- excellent leading skills, ability to organize, to plann, results oriented;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Our client, international group, producing rubber&metal components for automotive industry, is searching candidates with relevant experience for it's new production facility, located in Sibiu.
Responsibilities:
- organizing, coordinating and managing the activity of the plant;
- organizing and verifying the production activity in order to achieve the quality standards of the products and the delivering terms;
- recruitment, selecting, motivating, and performance assessing the personnel;
- creating and implementing the group development strategy within the plant;
- representing the company in Romania;
