Internal Auditor

•2-4 year work experience in Big 4 firm or internal audit department
•CIA, CISA and/or ACCA qualifications (or exams in progress) are an advantage

•capacity to handle and process large volumes of data needed to assess financial performance and detect the areas that require attention in order to improve performance.
•very good oral and written English

•conducting audit tests and reviews in accordance with the annual internal audit plan
•risk analysis of internal controls
•suggesting improvements to internal controls and procedures
•internal procedures SOX compliance reviews
•preparing reports upon completed projects and recommendations for the management both in Romanian and English
•recommendations implementation monitoring
•active cooperation with the company’s personnel and external auditors
•reporting to the Internal Audit Director responsible for Smithfield internal audit operations in Romania
