Water and Steam Team Leader / Engineer

a) Degree in chemistry/technical or environmental engineering
b) 2 years experience in utilities delivery systems
c) familiar with MS Office applications
d) Good communication skills in English

1. Responsible for continuous water and steam supply at proper parameters and amount for technological needs in all areas.
2. Responsible for sewage treatment and safe disposal.
3. Interface with maintenance and production on daily basis to ensure technological parameters needs related to water and steam are met.
4. Setting an example thorough behavior, personal values, knowledge, energy and actions
5. Monitors parameters of supplied water and taking proper actions when deviations occurs.
6. Assigning tasks to the team members according to Planned Maintenance program and actual needs
7. Initiates and conducts in coordination with Utilities Manager actions oriented for better utilities utilization and improving business efficiency and customers satisfaction.
8. Create an environment oriented to open communication, creative thinking and teamwork.
9. Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team and to achieve expected performance standard.
10. Conducts planned and unplanned utilities related installations/pipelines inspections
11. Issues Work Order sheets with repair/maintenance work procedures
12. Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule
13. Provide reports/data’s on water and fuels usage,
14. Ensures consumables and spare parts are available in time for the section .Keeps track of their usage
15. Prepares requisitions for spare parts and consumables in planned intervals.
16. Recognize and celebrate team member accomplishments and exceptional performance
