Smart2Pay’s team is now hiring an IT software analyst and implementation manager for an open position based in Iasi. We welcome CVs from Faculty of Computer Sciences recent grads and post grads who are available for full-time work. Salary € competitive.
Job profile
- Provides and facilitates the delivery of technical solutions and communication to customers.
- Responsible for delivery and maintenance of Smart2Pay’s technical solutions.
- Monitors and responds to questions on technical matters.
- Utilize effective verbal & written skills to communicate with customers via electronic correspondence or telephone.
- Develop own technical knowledge on products/technologies related to the team scope and business needs.
- Utilize effective verbal & written skills to communicate with the in-house development team (www.smart2tech.com).
- In-depth knowledge of Smart2Pay products. Provide solutions that satisfy customers which will involve handling difficult situations (complaint handling, sensitive customer, mission critical)
