CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University degree (technical or business)
• 10 years experience in IT
• 5 years of them experience as IT Project Manager and in General Management
• ideally experience with tasks for Western Countries
• experience in recruiting of IT employees
• ability to act independently
• ability to form and lead a team with good spirit
• good skills in communication and negotiation
• fluent in German language (spoken and written) - compulsory criterion
• good knowledge in English language (spoken and written)
• willingness to travel

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• built up and lead the branch
• recruiting of employees
• coordination of resource assignments
• operational lead of key projects in Cluj
• built up a positive mindset and good social atmosphere in branch
• responsibility for administration and running the office
• organise the technical infrastructure
• reporting to responsible manager in Germany
