| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Our new collegue will be assigned to work for a long term contract with Oberthur Card Systems Romania.
Oberthur Card Systems SA is a multinational company, present on five continents and its revenues for 2004 amounted to € 658 million.
Oberthur Card Systems SA is the only group in the world to have combined the activities of high-security printing, lottery ticket printing and (smart) card production.
We look for a comercial person with techncial awareness (combination of 90% to 10% sales person & technical, self starter, able to intensively travel in Balkans region whose main activity is to assist (pre-sales activity) the sales director of Balkans and end customers of OCS products in non GSM activities (e.g. banking, ID, Pay TV and PKI, Transportation, Finance (payment, loyalty).
The ideal candidate should have a degree,and 3+ work experience, ideally in banking/ID sector or in Sales support.
Knowledge in smart cards standards (ISO, EMV,…) and PKI-Based applications appreciated.
English language is a must, French is highly appreciated.
Personal qualities: Reactive and highly organized, Strong interpersonal relationship, synthesis capacity and strong autonomy, business and sales oriented
Salary is negotiable in a range of EUR 1,000 up to EUR 1,500 and highly depends on skills and experience of the employee. The company may also consider granting a commission form sales. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales organisations (in pre-sales activity) and internal organisation (R&D, Coporate, Marketing, Sales) or end customer to promote and follow-up OCS products in non GSM activities such as Finance (payment, loyalty), ID, Transport, Pay-TV and PKI.
- Provide sales and technical support to customers for new and existing business, from pre-sales to after sales, through implementation and to final delivery of the smart card product.
- Ensure that the business is aware of market trends and is represented in key local forum.
Main Activities
- Provide pre-sales & sales activities customers on the various solutions offered by Oberthur Card systems .
- Provide pre-sales support to customers: technical expertise on product range in non GSM activities (analysis, consulting and training), including cryptographic, security and production aspects.
- Analysis of customer requirements.
- Matching customer needs to OCS product offering (smart cards and services, tools, solutions).
- Formulating and Providing Smart card training to customers.
- Translating customer requirements into internal documentation for use by other departments within OCS.
- Customer support : assist customer in product definition using company tools.
- Provide a link between the regional forces and the customer.
- Ensuring local representation and participation business forums/professional bodies within the local sector.
- Provide information to regional/central organization regarding possible evolution on the product according local needs
Subordinate activities
- Assistance for answering “call for tenders”
- Assistance for Customer Complaint Analysis Report (CCAR) technical expertise and bug report edition and follow-up (CPNC)
- Assistance to the “customer service” department for order fulfilment.
• Internal relationship : Finance Communications marketing , sales forces, Perso centre, Customer Service Technical Support from other regions, (Regional HQ technical support)
• External relationship : Banks, Country ministries
