CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Smart Quote Quality Manager
HP GeBOC 677825

Responsibilities:
• Build framework for quality procedures
• Responsible to generate new strategies and plans for improving quality
• Implement quality management systems
• Understands, complies, and improves established pricing policies and procedures
• Act as project manager managing corrective action, process improvement, and auditing projects.
• Manage all quality policies, procedures, processes, programs, and practices, to ensure continuous compliance with appropriate standards and guidelines
• Applies high level of knowledge of the Quality documentation process, Document Control practices, and managing documents, records, forms, and work instructions, vital to maintain department quality program.
• Act as Document Control Manager responsible to organize documents into an easy to use and fast retrieval system.
• Drive quality communication by demonstrating ability to comprehend and explain business process compliance; being able to understand and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Performs quality audits, collecting evidence and writing up audit reports to ensure the quality management system is operating effectively
• Takes ownership of and resolves very complex problems in a way that demonstrates balanced judgment.
• Develops creative workarounds and solutions for many problems within appropriate timeframes.

Requirements:
• First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
• Typically 1-3 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.
• fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)
• Strong ability to assess the problem and its impact and identify the criticality acting as advocate working with parties to solve issues
• Strong abilities to develop and implement new ideas/approaches/solutions
• Financial acumen – high level of knowledge and methods to address business issues
• Demonstrated project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation
• Broad and deep understanding of internal business processes and policies
• Strong knowledge and skills with business applications, and good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
