CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Key Requierements:
Work:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in BTL
· At least 2 years of experience as a Field/ BTL manager in an advertising agency
· Experience in managing complex BTL projects
· Innovative approach towards BTL solutions
· Strategic thinking on BTL
· Structured in thinking
People:
· Experience in managing a team of at least 5 people
General
· 28 – 35 years old
· Proficient in English / must

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Manages the activity of the Field department at the agency headquarters and in the 5 country offices. Drives the repositioning process in the field department. Leads the change of the department towards a marketing services concept.
Key responsibilities:
Work:
· Manages the activity of the project managers and area managers
· Involved in preparing the new business pitches that have field components
· Manage the relationship with clients on projects focused on implementation and sales tactics and techniques
People:
· Coaches and develops the people from the group to meet the agencies repositioning requirements
· Manages the people’s activity
Administrative:
· Administrates the salaries for the field department
· Yearly budget
Management team:
· Involved in management meetings
· Reports to the General Manager
