| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
On behalf of our company, a multinational telecommunications company, we are looking for a Trainer Specialist.
• University graduated;
• Fluent English;
• At least 1 year in Sales Training (preferably Telecom field);
• Results orientation;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Stress tolerance;
• Capacity to work independently;
• Driving licence;
• Available for nation wide traveling;
• PC skills (MS Office).

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Organize training for Company sales force and for Company’s Dealers (locations, schedule, course support, group of trainees);
• Develop and update training material required for dealers induction training ;
• Train the Company sales force and Company’s Dealers in order to achieve goals and increase their efficiency (travels in the country in order to present the coursed modules if necessary);
• Evaluate training participants’ performance by applying the training evaluation system;
• Develop reports for effective follow up and improvement of the training.
