| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- University degree - specialty in the technical or agronomic field would be an advantage;
- Fluent in English language and good operational skills in MS Office;
- A good knowledge of the area;
- Driving license.
PERSONAL SKILLS:
- A strong motivation to develop a career in a multinational company and in a professional environment;
- A target oriented self starter, with a high level of energy and an open mind;
- Great communication skills at all levels;
- Persuasive and diplomatic, business driven and positive;

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To build a strong distribution network in own area by finding more dealers and offering more support, and by building strong connections on the market;
- To hold training sessions on DeLaval solutions and equipment for dealers and customers;
- To visit the farms together with the dealers and represent DeLaval in the Sales process;
- To manage the Sales process and the necessary documentation.
