CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years work experience preferably in a multinational company
- Previous experience in purchasing/sales support/customer service activities will be considered a plus
- Customer service oriented
- Very good command of English language (both spoken and written)
- Very good command of MS Office (advanced level in Excel tasks)
PERSONAL SKILLS:
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude
- People oriented
- Speed, accuracy and efficiency in everyday administration work
- Enthusiastic, self-starter
- Open-minded and good team player

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifies clients’ needs in what concerns packaging design and sends their requests to design coordinators.
- Receives and handles orders from customers.
- Assesses the level of satisfaction of clients after the projects are implemented.
- Handles and elaborates documentation for different projects.
- Maintains the company’s database with project documentation.
- Offers support to the sales team in rolling forecast related tasks.
