CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- At least 5 years of experience in procurement and fleet management activities;
- Previous experience in coordinating a team;
- University Degree;
- Very good knowledge of English (French or German is an advantage);
- Very good computer skills;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Very good business understanding.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Main Role: enabling the company to achieve its objectives by ensuring the coordination of procurement and administration processes and services in order to provide uninterrupted supply and service at optimum cost and within the policies and guidelines established by the management. As Procurement&Facility Manager you will coordinate a team of 5 employees.

PURCHASING RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establishes and implements workflows, tools and procedures for procuring materials and services according to the local legal requirements, the principles and policies of the group and the guidelines and decisions established by the Management of the company;
- Plans and co-ordinates the purchase of goods, services and equipment;
- Prepares market analyses and criteria for analyzing the suppliers;
- Consolidates major purchases to secure the best possible pricing by leverage;
- Maintains and develops relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure good, reliable sources of supply and information;
- Negotiates purchase contracts with suppliers, selects suppliers and builds his/her own supplier base;
- Reports to the company’s management on purchase made and prepares required statistics.

ADMINISTRATION/FACILITIES RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinates the administrative operations of the company;
- Manages the tenant-landlord relations and third party property contracts;
- Ensures the car fleet management.
