• Set up the Romanian subsidiary of the company, according with the company’s strategy, policies and procedures;
• Organize the local subsidiary activity in all aspects and manage the daily business of the company;
• Develop and implement the company’s sustainable growth strategy;
• Extend the company’ customer portfolio;
• Build the Romanian team in order to fulfill all the necessary functions; salary setting of employees; employment or dismissal of coworkers;
• Monthly forecast sales on the Romanian market;
• Lead people in order to achieve the company’s objectives;
• Support the sales team in complex projects;
• Participate at contract negotiations / contract closing;
• Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts;
• Organize customer activities;
• Keeping abreast of changes and opportunities in the market;
• Report to the Management and attend management meetings abroad (10x/year)
