| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We are looking for a young, ambitious person (actual age is not important) to assist in company growth and organization; basic requirements are:
- knowledge and experience in administrative procedures;
- knowledge and experience in accounting procedures;
- computer literacy, experience with usual office and/or accounting computer software;
- excellent personal communication skills both written and oral in Romanian and English language;
- ability to work in a team;
- results-orientation, and strong motivation;
- flexibility and innovativeness;
- genuine commitment to the company's vision, values and objectives;
We are willing to offer the job also to an inexperienced person with a strong ambition to learn and perform. Knowledge of English language, writing skills, and computer skills is however mandatory.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The coordinator being the second employee in the organization has only vaguely defined roles:
- * all administrative support, organization of the administrative procedures;
- * liaison and interface to the accounting service and various external bodies (fiscal authorities, communities, agricultural authorities and agencies);
- * participation in organization of the company procedures, work-flow;
- * liaison with the company owners;
- * preparation of external communication of the company (web, presentation materials, ...);
- * involvement in staffing of the company,
- * etc.
In short, work duties include all that needs to be done; this includes a rewarding experience to be involved in the company growth from the start,
to be able to define and/or influence the corporate structure and organization and later to educate and delegate responsibilities to future employees.

| DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
SLOROM is a newly formed company in agriculture business in Romania. The company specializes in biofuels sector and started production on 1600 ha of arable land in season 2006/07. The company is fully owned by two Slovenian citizens and it is in a process of first round of venture financing.
Goals & strategy:
- grow the cultivated land area to 10000 ha,
- organize the production on the further 10000 ha based on cooperation with other producers,
- establish own storage and oil-pressing capabilities,
- establish a biodiesel production,
- in general, exploit the unique business opportunity of Romanian agriculture,
- participate in research and development activities of BIO-EN group in the area of algal biomass production and synthetic fuels,
- organize other diversified activities to amend the product/service portfolio with additional non-agriculture related income.
The company uses outsourced services (agronomy, accounting, agricultural machinery and aviation spraying services) and it presently employs a single person as the Director of the company. The company just bought its business premises in Draghiceni near Caracal.
