Human Resources Manager

Requirements:

University degree, preferably in Psychology
At least 3 years experience in the field
Good English proficiency
Computer literacy (MS-Office)
Good planning abilities
Well organized
Sociable
Human relations and communication abilities
Willing to travel abroad

Key responsibilities:

Coordinating and carrying on the HR specific activities for all employees
Implementing the HR procedures within the company
Keeping personnel records
Sustaining the recruitment and selecting process
Create, manage and review job descriptions
Implementing the specific system for performance evaluation
Coordinating/ managing personnel training activities
Participating to specific HR events
Monitoring the motivation level of the employees and preventing possible conflicts
Ensuring good communication between the employees and top management
Ensuring the necessary legal compliance for the HR activities (Internal Regulations, labour contracts, annexes and relations, ending working relationships)
Career management
Communicating with HQ regarding HR
Assure proper reporting & compliance with all government regulations, withholding proper taxes, investigate accidents of sensitive situations.
Build and maintain an accurate and complete HR information system of employees and candidates.
