SECRETARA

- Minimum 1 year experience;
- Written and fluent spoken English; German or French is a plus;
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Effective and confident communicator;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels.

The ideal candidate should be a good organiser, a person with a general and cautious approach in the daily activities.
- Deals with couriering matters;
- Deals with suppliers and deliveries;
- Assists with translations;
- Administration support (office supply, flight tickets, hotel booking, organizing
meetings, coordination of suppliers for different services, processing various documents, etc).
- Knowledge of primary accountancy is a must (inventories, invoices, expense reports etc)
- Greets and attends all visitors of the company;
- Clear legal record. Our future employee will work within the Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base.
