CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

The Construction Engineer would be a civil engineer and would have at least 10 years’ experience in the construction field, and at least 2 years experience in an international project abroad, experience acquired in a Project Management company or a construction company.

The Construction Engineers‘s responsibilities are to actively manage and control deadlines, costs and the quality of work. In order to achieve good results during the projects, the Construction Engineer would efficiently monitor and organise the tasks and motivate the team members in order to achieve a common goal.

• Should be a professional, a dynamic, creative and proactive individual with a rich experience in Site Management, Structural Works, Architectural Works, Finishing Works (Utility Works would be a plus).

• A good command of German or/and English language is necessary.

• The ideal candidate should be a good organiser, a person with a general and cautious approach in achieving the project milestones. The Project Manager should also understand the commercial aspects of construction projects.

• The candidate should possess driving licence, B category.
