Main task:
searching for land in Bucharest where office buildings can be built

Job description

• Building rights monitoring and acquisitions
• Monitoring and analysis of the real estate market
• Participation in developing the company’s development strategy
• Market research and monitoring project opportunities
• Preparation and coordination of project feasibility studies
• Supporting the decision making process related to investment
• Responsibility for zoning permits
• Support Project Managers in building permit design, and construction and development related permitting procedures as well as handing-over issues
• Reporting to the Managing Director
• Keeping contact with authorities and other market-players


Requirements

• Competence in business, technology and law
• A minimum of 5 years of working experience within the real estate industry incl. min. 2 years experience in site-acquisition
• Excellent network towards relevant market-players (agencies, developers etc.)
• Competence in managing different types of commercial property development projects
• Extensive knowledge of real estate and construction related legislation
• Extensive knowledge of environment protection legislation
• Extensive knowledge of real estate economy, project financing and project administration
• Analytical with well developed business skills, structured and systematic
• Extensive knowledge of the real-estate market, its mechanisms and development
• Fluency in English
• Well-developed social skills
