Site Start-Up Coordinator in Clinical Research (Bucharest)

The successful candidates will hold
• educational background in disciplines of science or medicine/health care, university degree is an advantage
• excellent communication skills in the local language as well as in English are essential
• solid computer skills (MS Office)
• excellent self-organisation and able to work independently as well as a part of a team
• able to handle priorities

Currently, we strengthen our SSU Team in our Quintiles office in Bucharest and we are looking for highly motivated individuals to be involved in the assistance of study site initiation process according to applicable local and/or international regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), project requirements and contractual/budgetary guidelines, the assistance of project management members with preparation, distribution and tracking of ethics and regulatory submissions, distribution of completed documents, maintenance of tracking entries in databases and spread sheets, maintenance of working files and archiving etc.
