Software Tester Engineer (Quality Assurance Department)

- Reviewing and commenting on product specifications and designs
- Creating test plans and test cases, including automated tests
- Learning and evaluating compatibility with 3rd party software such as new operating systems or databases
- Writing internal documentation and providing training to others in development
- Acting as customer advocate; providing product feedback and submitting enhancement requests
