Controller

Development, analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information allowing to appraise the operating results of the Company in terms of profitability, performance against budget and other matters bearing on the financial soundness and operating effectiveness of the Company
Working out of monthly controlling reports (analysis of income, costs and financial results)
Producing of monthly and quarterly costs reports (costs analysis)
Working out of monthly claims reports
Working out of reports based on the requirements of the insurance specific legislation / of the Insurance Supervisory Commission;
Supporting the Management in the decision making process
Producing of annual financial plans based on information collected from the other departments
Setting up presentations for the Management Board and the Supervisory Board
Cooperation with the Controllers of the parent company

University degree (economics)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), working with data bases, various application programs
Very good English
Knowledge and understanding of the principles and application of the business, control processes and procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Capabilities to work independently, assume responsibilities
Good sense of initiative, being proactive
Attention to details, precision and accuracy
High sense of confidentiality
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as with third parties
