For our Engineering Location Timisoara we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Safety & Chassis - Advanced Driver Assistance Systems department.

Our components for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems provide drivers with active support by significantly enhancing comfort, identifying potentially hazardous situations in advance, and helping to avoid them.
We are developing innovative products like Lane Departure Warning based on image processing technologies. Lane Departure Warning protects drivers from unintentional lane changes, contributing to enhanced comfort.
Furthermore we are working on Blind Spot Detection a radar based system which provides information on whether there are any vehicles in the side mirror area non-visible for the driver.

As a member of our Mechanical Design team you will be involved in the development process of different mechanical components which are part of the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems such as: electronic control units, video cameras for Lane Departure Warning systems, radar and Lidar sensors.

As SAP PDM technician you will be responsible for the introduction and maintenance of all the data and documents related to the projects being developed in the ADAS group. SAP PDM (Product Data Management) database helps you to store and organize the great amount of information related to mechanical design, hardware and software, as well as customer and quality-related activities. Moreover, you will track and update the document versions and material revisions in the organized structures within PDM.

You will be also responsible for the International Material Data System (IMDS) in the ADAS group. IMDS is a database which stores and handles the information related to the material composition (up to the basic substance level) of the parts used in the design of the new automotive products. It functions both as a storage database for such material datasheets, and as an interface for the data transmission between customers and suppliers along the manufacturing chain. IMDS observes all European regulations regarding the use of restricted/hazardous substances.

A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
