Team Assistant (Timisoara)

Bachelor's degree (e.g. in foreign languages / economics / law);
Good reading, writing, and speaking English skills, German is a plus
Good communication skills

For our Engineering Location Timisoara we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Safety & Chassis department.
We provide the automotive industry with a wide range of innovative components and comprehensive system skills in the field of restraint systems and safety electronics. From super-compact to luxury limousine and top-of-the-line sports car, we have been a proven partner for intelligent airbag electronics, highly accurate crash sensors, and innovative occupant sensing systems for over 15 years.


As a Team Assistant for Chassis & Safety department you will have the following responsibilities:

General secretarial and team-assistance activities
Organize meetings, make travel arrangements, etc.,
Assist the management in all business related activities
Handle and arrange all protocol activities
Maintain an efficient relationship with collaborators such as newspapers, office supply service providers, couriers etc.
Write, register and fill company documents

A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
