English - advanced
Automotive Quality Standards knowledge
chemical or physical background, chemical engineering, material science, or semiconductor, production processes of components
Quality tools and methods (SPC, MSA, 8D, Reliability, DOE, FMEA, FTA, etc) |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Quality planning and introduction of electronic components of commodity PCB in the Design and Development phase according to the actual working chart
Support the cross-functional supplier selection and sourcing process
Planning, Initiating and follow-up of the Supplier APQP
Definition of corrective Actions and Monitoring of Effectiveness
Steering of audits
On schedule release of components
Supplier Quality Performance Rating (strategic & operational), Tracking and Reporting
Frequently used tools: MS Office, SAP, quality tools (FMEA, SPC,...)
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
