PROJECT QUALITY MANAGER FOR DEVELOPMENT /IASI

Project Quality Manager (PQM) is involved in the project planning from the beginning of a project, to ensure that all quality requirements within a development project are fulfilled.
The main tasks for PQM are:
Active support of PM in all quality related and safety relevant aspects
Development and maintenance of the Quality Plan
Pursuing (i.e. tracking, requesting, supporting, provision of methodologies), that the required methods in a project are implemented according to project plan / Quality Plan (this includes e.g., status meetings, APQP, knowledge management).
Supports the release of prototypes, tooling, equipment (gauges, fixtures), ISIR customer approval (e.g. process capability studies) by supervising, that the requirements fixed in the Quality Plan are fulfilled
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

Technical University degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 1 years of experience in technical field.
ISO9001, ISO/TS16949 experience will be a bonus.
Experience with corrective action response, root cause analysis, problem solving, etc.
Computer skills; MS Office.
Excellent communication skills including written and verbal. (Romanian and English).
Good organization skills.
Entry level candidate with potential development will be also considered.
