For our Engineering Location Timisoara we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Powertrain Electronics and Drivetrain department.

We help make vehicles more reliable, more powerful, and cleaner by creating innovative product and system solutions for gasoline engines with port and direct injection and diesel engines, such as common rail direct injection and unit injector systems.

We were the first supplier to develop a marketable piezo injection system for diesel engines, offering major benefits in terms of precision and efficiency. This groundbreaking technology is now being applied to gasoline engines, and we are once again up with the frontrunners.

We deliver control unit solutions consisting of hardware and software for engines and all contemporary types of transmissions. Automatic or continuously variable, dual clutch, transfer case, or differential drive: whatever the application, we offer control solutions to cover every requirement.

We need the perfect candidate to drive a multi-disciplinary team of Software, Hardware and Mechanical Engineers towards achieving customer satisfaction.

He will lead the project management activities in order to meet the project objectives as defined in the Project Agreement/ Project Targets and will plan the entire project roughly and in detail.

He will coordinate the project activities, monitor and report its progress with focus on fulfilling the customer demands (including change requests). Serving as main customer contact, he will present the project status, perform negotiations on changes, requirements and proceeding.

He will request, monitor and control the budget development and target costs for the product.

The Project Manager will ensure the proper installation and use of appropriate Risk, Quality and Claim Management as well as Requirements Engineering processes.

In order to perform these activities, you need to possess knowledge of new multi-disciplinary technology (Software, Mechanics and Hardware with focus on the latter), Project Management and Product Strategy skills, Development Process and knowledge, Quality and Manufacturing knowledge, Financial and Resource management know-how, Negotiation competency and business understanding, Improvement methods know-how.

A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
