Assistant to the Location Manager (Iasi)

University degree, preferably in Letters, Law or Social Science field
Good command of English and German language
Good communication and organizational skills, initiative
Good attitude towards stressful situation, having a diplomatic approach in difficult situations,
Ability to make sound decisions, flexibility and adaptability
Professional experience in office management activities is a great advantage

For our Engineering Location Iasi we search for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team.


Organize, process and control all incoming information to the management office
Organize meetings, workshops, and other events in order to ensure the smooth running of the events from administrative point of view
Ensure that office callers and visitors are courteously greeted and referred to the right persons or reply to their inquiries in the absence of the manager
Create presentations for the management in a convincing, clearly structured manner
Handle sensitive and delicate information with high degree of firmness and cordiality
